The primary goal in collecting personal data from you is to provide you with a seamless, efficient and personalised experience when enquiring about our photo booth services and packages. In doing so, we offer a customised service that includes features that enhance your experience and make your experience on megabooth.com easier and quicker.
We use web analytics tools to analyse visitor site usage. Google Analytics allows us to report on how users arrive on our site. This indicates where the user has come from, popular landing pages and referral websites. The data is collected via a Javascript tag in the footer page of megabooth.com. It’s not tied to personally identifiable information.
megabooth.com operates an ‘implied consent’ policy, which means that you’re happy with how your data is used. If you are not satisfied, then you should either not use the website or block access. If you wanted to hide your visibility of browsing megabooth.com for single use, you could use incognito searching using ‘Google Chrome’ or ‘Private Browsing’ in Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer.
External web analysing through leadforensics.com. Lead Forensics collects non-personal information such as the pages you have visited and IP address. The data is used to understand aspects of our visitor demographics better. We also use data to analyse how visitors use and interact with megabooth.com to help us plan our content. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Internet is to be provided to us when uploading from our photo booths. Internet Dongles are supplied, but this must be requested.
Boothclub Ltd requires consent from the purchaser to all images and data taken at events unless we have explicitly been asked to sign a contract stating otherwise.
Boothclub Ltd uses printers that need changing every 400 prints, so if this needs replacing during the event it can take up to 5 minutes to change.
Staff are trained technicians and have experience in troubleshooting technical faults. If there is a problem, the technician will try to resolve it ASAP and will also have a superior on call to help.
If for any reason on the night the photo branding isn’t working we will try to send a replacement to the booth attendant. On the rare occasion, we can’t correct an issue with the photo branding, we will use a blank version for the event, and post-event when the gallery is uploaded the branding will be placed on the photos.
Purchaser agrees that in all circumstances, Boothclub’s liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the operational fee and not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract.
In the event the Purchaser cancels the contract, he or she shall not be refunded the deposit or be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee if the deposit has yet to be paid. If the purchaser cancels 30 days before an event, the purchaser is contractually obliged to charge a further 50% of the total cost.
It is hereby further agreed that the Purchaser should be held liable for any injury or damages to the Photo Booth or property involved with the Photo Booth provider during the operational time. If the purchaser or guest causes damage, members of his organisation, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not will be liable for any damage caused.
It is understood that if this is a “Rain or Shine” event, Boothclub Ltd’s compensation is in no way affected by adverse weather conditions. For outdoor events, the Purchaser shall provide overhead shelter for the setup area. Boothclub Ltd reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the photo booth service should the weather pose a potential danger to them, the equipment or attendees. Every effort will be made to continue the production. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. The Photo booth provider’s compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.
Please be advised that all assets owned by Boothclub Ltd cannot be relocated from the premises upon which our team has installed them. It is your responsibility to ensure the proper care and maintenance of the aforementioned property once it has been entrusted to your care. In the event of any damage incurred, please note that the associated costs will be reflected in your final invoice
By completing this contract as the Purchaser, the person completing the contract has agreed that he or she is eighteen (18) years of age, and he or she accepts and assumes full responsibility and liability under the terms of this contract.
The purchaser agrees to pay Boothclub Ltd the following;
A non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure the date and time. This amount shall be applied toward the total contract, as confirmed in the quote. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event. Services requested that exceed the agreed time frame will be charged at the rate of £100.00 per hour, payable the day of the event. It may not always be possible to provide additional performance time. However, when feasible, requests for extended photo time will be accommodated.

The purpose of the processing and the lawful basis for processing;
We require your name, address and contact details at the time of booking. We use your information to keep you updated with your booking. We will issue you an invoice for billing and accounting purposes. We contact you a week before your event to confirm details and then again post-event with any further development in your booking and additional invoicing.
Post-event we will provide you with a link to your event photo booth gallery. Alternatively, we can send you a Wetransfer link or a USB with all your images.
Photographs taken during the event will be:
Printed for each guest to keep if this is what you have requested for in your event package. The photos and data will be put onto a fully encrypted USB stick for transfer onto a computer and saved internally. The USB and photo gallery will be password protected with access to those that the contract was made.
Event photos will be deleted after three months unless used for marketing or promotional purposes – as agreed in when signing the terms and conditions at the time of booking.
Your agreement to the terms and conditions given to you at the time of booking provides the lawful basis for processing the above data.

Giving consent to EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Consent must be freely given and unambiguous. The user will have a clear message requested for them to opt into a service that handles their data. It can be made a condition for the provision of a non-essential service. Consent is not valid if the data subject has no real choice but to give his/her consent. For example, if a participant has not agreed to share their personal data any consent presented is unlikely to be valid if the penalty for not accepting is dismissed. Consent on any of our products must also be specific and informed. The data subject must know and have understood what he/she agrees to
Categories of Personal Data
During an event, the data which has passed through our system has been given directly to us. By Participating, a user understands and accepts that my personal data will be sent to us, Boothclub Ltd, in the UK and to the responsible data-controlling of the client, brand, and organisation. By participating, I also grant the company, brand or organisation the perpetual right to use any videos which are collected from this booth on their related marketing channels.

The right to withdraw consent at any time
If for example, you needed to cancel your booking with us, you can ask us to remove your data from our records if you wish, and we will do so.

Contractual Requirement
When completing the contract to secure your photo experience the details you provide for your event is by what services we supply. We will not ask for or store any more information than that which is essential for our provision of service.
